Free White Glove Delivery:
Free on all Sealy TrueForm mattress sets. We deliver anywhere in the continental 48 states that is road accessible. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska or a location only accessible by ferry, please contact us for shipping prices. While we do not deliver internationally at this time, we can deliver to your US based freight forwarder. Your new mattress will be brought into your home, unpacked and set up in your bedroom (Includes up to ½ hour of minor assembly! Up to 2 flights of stairs. Any additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery agent.) The packaging materials will also be removed and discarded on your behalf.

Delivery timing:
Approximately 3 weeks. Mattress sets in our warehouse ship out in 48 hours; otherwise mattress sets are ordered and received from our manufacturers in 3-5 days. Transit time is approximately 2 weeks after leaving our facility. You will receive a call from the local agent to make delivery arrangements with you about 1 week after your order has shipped from our facility. (Please note, extremely remote locations may take an extra week.) Hurricane Katrina affected areas in and around New Orleans, service is temporarily limited to moving your old mattress to the curb for municipal pickup.

Free Mattress Removal:
Free on every Sealy TrueForm mattress set. As part of your White Glove Delivery service, your old mattress will be removed and discarded on your behalf. Free removal service is currently limited to Sealy TrueForm deliveries.
